The 校董会 of 肖尼 State University consists of nine voting members and two student members, appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate.
The trustees shall have the powers conferred upon them by the laws of the State of Ohio. The 总统 of the University shall serve as an ex-officio (non-voting) member of the Board.
